Kick Off Program
Improve Fundamental athletic skills, self-esteem, and develop lifelong exercise habits (ages 9-12)
It is a scientific fact that these are the most critical years in a childs’s life for motor skill development. In FitLife/PEAC’s Kick Off Program children will work with our Nationally Certified and professional staff in a motivating and supportive way to address their individual needs. Sessions are approximately 60 minutes long and are offered 6 days a week at varying times. Your child will train in small groups, with a maximum of 8 children per group.
