Registration: Please sign up for individual classes at the Northampton Township Building. A group exercise membership which includes unlimited classes, is now being offered at $70 per month. You are welcome to drop in to any class for $10.
Monday: Kickboxing and Abs - 10:15-11:15am
Get ready for a high-energy workout incorporating a variety of creative combinations, boxing techniques and lots of fun. Experience an awesome abs and back workout in each class too!
Monday: Cardio Sculpt - 6:45-7:30 pm
Enjoy this exciting circuit-style class that will take your workout to the next level. Gain functional strength and cardiovascular fitness in this effective and fun workout using all the newest equipment like the stability ball, Bosu and the TRX system.
Tuesday: Pilates BODY SCULPT - 6:30 -7:30 pm
Push your Pilates to the next level with this original and challenging class. This class incorporates the usual focus on CORE strength; however, the positions change…you may be standing, lying down or somewhere in between. A variety of equipment is used, including the stability ball, gliding discs, BOSU, bands and Pilates ring to intensify your experience.
Wednesday: YOGA - 9:30-10:30am
Experience a full body workout by connecting mind and body in this rejuvenating class. Move through different poses to increase flexibility balance and strength.
Wednesday: Cardio Kickboxing -6:45-7:45pm
This intense, fat burning, total body workout will help improve your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Each class will include strength-training exercises, utilizing weights, resistance bands and stability balls.
Tuesday and Thursday: Total Tone – 12 classes (6 week session) 9:30-10:30am
Develop strength, endurance and definition using dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands, and stability balls in this dynamic functional class. Abs, obliques, and lower back will be emphasized during due to the unique unstable nature of the stability ball.Tuesday and Thursday: Gut Be Gone Class MEN ONLY! – 6:00-7:00am

This high intense workout is designed to get rid of that gut and get your heart back into shape. On out 3,500 square foot indoor turf we will use sledge hammers, medicine balls, weights, truck tires and much more that will challenge your whole body.
Thursday: Train Like An Athlete - 6:00-7:00pm
Whether you want to increase your overall speed, agility, quickness, vertical jump, or general athletic ability this class is for you! Push yourself with this high intensity workout that will use various training techniques that are scientifically proven to increase your overall leg power, explosiveness and coordination. The class will be filled with different types of plyometrics, agility ladder patterns, cone drills, strength training, band and weight vest resisted exercises.
Friday: Cardio Core - 9:30-10:25am
Pump up your workout with this energizing cardio and abdominal class designed to make you sweat and strengthen your deep core muscles. You’ll leave feeling stronger, leaner and ready to rock the world!
Friday: Pilates Abs Back and Butt - 10:30-11:30am
Get the core benefits of Pilates with resistance to define the arms and legs. This Pilates mat class will utilize Pilates rings, weights, gliders, and mini balls to challenge your arms, legs, and core to achieve a total body workout. This class is suitable for beginner & intermediate levels.
Saturday: Muscle Mix- 9:30-10:30am
Mix up your workout with the best toning exercises proven to burn calories and strengthen all areas of your body. You will leave feeling energized, powerful, and amazed and what you can do!
Sunday: Total Body Blast - 10:15-11:15am
This is the ultimate class for strong backs and sculpted abdominal muscles. You will feel strong from the inside out by using your deep core and back muscles more efficiently, and gain overall strength with weights, and resistance bands.
