Josh Tyler CSCS*D, Owner/Director of Operations

Josh was a professional athlete for 9 years playing with both the San Francisco Giants and Milwaukee Brewers organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and during his off-seasons worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), recertified with distinction with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification and the benchmark for trainers around the world.

Currently he is the Strength and Conditioning Consultant for the Council Rock School District Sports Medicine Program working closely with area doctors, physical therapists and sports chiropractors to help establish training programs for injury prevention and sports performance enhancement. In addition to the numerous high schools throughout Bucks and Mercer Counties, Josh works with nationally ranked junior tennis players, collegiate and professional athletes, high school and collegiate teams, as well as individual athletes of all ages.

Josh is also the Director of Operations for Big Leagues Academy, an indoor training facility that is home to Fitlife Performance Training, Big Leagues Baseball & Softball Academy, Steve Wagner 1-on-1 Field Hockey School, Council Rock Competition Cheerleading, and Dr. Joe DeCarlo Sports Chiropractor. Recently they have expanded operations to a new facility in Hatfield, Pa. inside BucksMont Indoor Sports Center.


Evan Orchinik CSCS, Owner/Richboro Director

Evan began strength and conditioning with the Men’s Olympic gymnasts with extra focus on Core Strength, Balance Training, Full Body Strength Training, Flexibility Work and overall Power Development. In recent years he has kept up with latest research in the strength and conditioning field and has branched out to working with; NHL and MLB players, Division I, II, III and JUCO athletes in almost every sport, in addition to high school and middle school athletes. His is certified with the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a bachelors degree from West Chester University in Kinesiology with a fitness specialist focus.

With 10 years of experience in the fitness/strength and conditioning field, Evan has had the opportunity to train clients of every fitness level, age and gender. He focuses on functional training, which entails Speed Enahncement, Agility, Quickness, Explosiveness, Full Body Strength, and the most effective ways to enhance overall athletic performance and personal health.


John Marshall, Director of PEAC Performance

John is a recent graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. During his time at Penn State, John acquired a passion for fitness and performance training. Through class internships he was offered a job by the university as a student trainer at the campus fitness centers and eventually worked himself into an Assistant supervisor spot. John joined the Fitlife team in the summer of 08’ as an intern and is now the Director/Head Trainer at PEAC performance in Ewing, NJ. He is a strong believer in practicing what he preaches. “Fitness is not just a Choice it is a lifestyle” Are you ready to commit?


Yvonne Horn, Group Fitness Director, Trainer

Yvonne is a nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through AFAA and ACE. In addition, as a Gliding Master Trainer, she leads local educational workshops in high schools and fitness centers. While receiving a degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she worked with the university’s recreation center teaching indoor and outdoor exercise programs and was a health columnist for Boulders newspaper ‘Dirt’. During her time in Colorado she started Buff Bodies an empowering fitness company that helped inspire women toward better health and body image. In her spare time, she loves to be outside and enjoys rock climbing, telemark skiing and trail running.


Brian Redard, Athletic Trainer

Brian Redard is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University. Brian Graduated with a Bachelors in Science for Kinesiology Fitness Studies. While at Penn State, Brian worked as a student trainer for two years at the campus fitness centers. In Brian’s final year at Penn State he was asked to be an assistant supervisor at the fitness centers. Brian also had an internship at Penn State with the strength and conditioning staff. Brian worked with male and female division 1 athletes from 29 teams in over 10 sports at Penn State. Brian has a strong passion for helping athletes reach their ultimate potential as well as helping men and women reach their personal fitness goals!


Anne Jeronis, Pilates Fitness Trainer, ACE Certified Instructor

Anne's passion for pilates began almost 10 years ago. She is a BASI certified instructor who brings knowledge of all the pilates apparatus to FitLife. Anne is also an ACE certified fitness instructor who has worked in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching all types of group exercise classes. She has appeared in several instructor videos and is a former Reebok National Champion in the Mid Atlantic Region.


Joe De Carlo

~ Joe De Carlo, Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician has been in practice for 21 years, specializing in treating athletes for the past 15 years.
~ Dr. De Carlo was the official sports chiropractic for Temple University Athletics (NCAA Div 1) treating players and coaches in all sports from 1996-2003.
~ Dr. De Carlo is presently on the Sports Medicine Team at Philadelphia Biblical University (NCAA Div 3) as well as Council Rock North and Council Rock South High Schools.
~ Dr. De Carlo specializes in not only preventing overuse injuries in high level athletes of all ages but also works to resolve their overuse injuries in all areas of the body quickly with Active Release Technique (activerelease.com) returning them to full go in a short time. This takes a tremendous amount of pressure off an athlete who does not want to miss training and playing time as well as the coaching staff who cannot afford to lose his player.
~ Dr. De Carlo is trained in Biomechanics and while training athletes at Fit Life will be able to competently monitor their exercise form, joint biomechanics and muscle balance.



Vicki Goodman,MS,RD,LDN

Vicki Goodmanis a Registered Dietitian-Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist who has over 20 years experience as a nutrition consultant. Vicki specializes in wellness nutrition, weight loss, sports nutrition, heart disease,diabetes management and youth and teen nutrition. In her spare time, Vicki loves to cook for her family, develop healthy recipes, and of course, exercise!



Mike Horan ATC, Athletic Trainer Consultant

2007-08 Marks the 11th season for Mike Horan as the Council Rock North High School Head Athletic Trainer and 5th year as Fitlife’s Athletic Training Consultant. Mike is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (1997) as well as by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine (1997). His experience includes assignments for both collegiate and professional teams before returning to his Alma Mater, Council Rock. Mike began his career in the Baltimore Orioles Organization, then moved on to Villanova for two years, before returning to the Orioles in 1997 and then in 1998 was a member of the medical staff for the US Figure Skating Championships.  Mike’s reason for continuing to be athletic trainer at CR North and FitLife is that he loves helping athletes stay “healthy and in the game.”



Lauri Tyler NCMT, Massage Therapist
Lauri is a graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and continued her certification by becoming Nationally Certified. Lauri has been working with Fitlife/PEAC performance athletes and clients since 2001. She has helped many recover from injuries, reduce soreness and increase flexibility. She is available at all three of our locations to better serve your needs. She is the proud mother of 2 girls, Alyssa and Sara, who keep her busy when she is not in the treatment room.


Will Eagles, Athletic Trainer

Will is earning a degree in Health Science at Philadelphia University and will return to school to pursue Physical Therapy. While in college Will played baseball and is a product of Fitlife where he was trained before currently helping other athletes. Wills' passion for training came from many of his own hours in the gym. He prides himself on building strong relationships with the clients he works with and enjoys helping them reach their goals.
