Adult Membership Options

Fitlife is different because we truly care about your health.  We are the only facility staffed by professionals who know about or have access to information concerning a variety of health issues.  Our staff understands that 85% of the population has never been a member of a health club or gym before.  We understand each individual has a different reason for joining a gym. We know the vast majority of individuals are not looking to be bodybuilders or super models – they simply want to improve their quality of life.

Are you looking for group exercise and access to the club?
This membership is for anyone wanting to participate in our club’s group exercise program and use the facility, includes daily designed workouts.

Are you looking for more guidance, motivation and a more challenging workout?

Personal Training
Unlimited Group Personal Training sessions, Unlimited use of the club, Unlimited Group Exercise Classes.  Membership to the club is included at no charge.

Private Personal Training
5 -  1 on 1 Private hour sessions per month or 10 ½ hour sessions, Unlimited Group Personal Training sessions, Unlimited use of the club, Unlimited Group Exercise Classes, Nutrition Guidance and tracking.  Membership to the club is included at no charge.

Unlimited Private Personal Training
Unlimited Individual Training sessions,  Unlimited Semi-Private Personal Training sessions, Unlimited Group Personal Training sessions, Unlimited use of the club, Unlimited Group Exercise Classes, Nutritional Guidance and tracking, and an Exerspy.  Membership to the club is included at no charge.                              * Session packages are available by request
