Josh Tyler CSCS*D, Owner/Director of Operations Josh was a professional athlete for 9 years playing with both the San Francisco Giants and Milwaukee Brewers organizations. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and during his off-seasons worked as a strength and conditioning coach in Arizona, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), recertified with distinction with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), the only nationally accredited certification and the benchmark for trainers around the world.
Currently he is the Strength and Conditioning Consultant for the Council Rock School District Sports Medicine Program working closely with area doctors, physical therapists and sports chiropractors to help establish training programs for injury prevention and sports performance enhancement. In addition to the numerous high schools throughout Bucks and Mercer Counties, Josh works with nationally ranked junior tennis players, collegiate and professional athletes, high school and collegiate teams, as well as individual athletes of all ages.
Josh is also the Director of Operations for 207 Sports. 207 Sports is an indoor training facility that is home to Fitlife Performance Training, Jeff Manto’s Baseball Academy, Steve Wagner 1-on-1 Field Hockey School, Next Generation Basketball, Council Rock Competition Cheerleading, Bucks Physical Therapy and Dr. Joe DeCarlo Sports Chiropractor.

Evan Orchinik CSCS, Owner/Richboro Director Evan began strength and conditioning with the Men’s Olympic gymnasts with extra focus on Core Strength, Balance Training, Full Body Strength Training, Flexibility Work and overall Power Development. In recent years he has kept up with latest research in the strength and conditioning field and has branched out to working with; NHL and MLB players, Division I, II, III and JUCO athletes in almost every sport, in addition to high school and middle school athletes. His is certified with the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has a bachelors degree from West Chester University in Kinesiology with a fitness specialist focus.
With 10 years of experience in the fitness/strength and conditioning field, Evan has had the opportunity to train clients of every fitness level, age and gender. He focuses on functional training, which entails Speed Enahncement, Agility, Quickness, Explosiveness, Full Body Strength, and the most effective ways to enhance overall athletic performance and personal health.
Lesley Geller, Asst. Manager/Marketing Director Lesley holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Maryland, is a certified personal trainer and an ICF Certified Professional Coach. She began as a client of FitLife, as an avid runner looking to gain speed, yet shortly after beginning training felt the passion Fitlife had to see results in their clients and began working with Fitlife as their Business Coach. From there she easily transitioned into her current position as Marketing Director. “I found myself constantly wanting to spread the word about their training program, that was unlike any other I had ever seen, so it made perfect sense to stay on board in another capacity.”
Matt Wright, NSCA-CPT, Ewing Director 2007 Graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. While at Penn State he spent most of his time working within the Exercise Psychology department conducting research regarding objective assessment of physical activity; physical activity interventions, participated in the first funded study about the effects of gestational diabetes during pregnancy, and the effects of exercise during pregnancy. Matthew was an active participant on the Penn State Altoona Men’s Soccer team his first two years of college before transferring to the University Park campus, where he decided to focus on his studies in exercise science. Throughout college he worked as a personal trainer gaining his certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Matt plans to attend graduate school to gain his masters in Exercise Science and is working on his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification. As a High School athlete Matthew was a 4-year Varsity letterman in both Soccer and Tennis. Matthew’s quote to live by: “Train hard to get hard.”
Yvonne Horn, Group Fitness Director, Trainer Yvonne is a nationally certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor through AFAA and ACE. In addition, as a Gliding Master Trainer, she leads local educational workshops in high schools and fitness centers. While receiving a degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, she worked with the university’s recreation center teaching indoor and outdoor exercise programs and was a health columnist for Boulders newspaper ‘Dirt’. During her time in Colorado she started Buff Bodies an empowering fitness company that helped inspire women toward better health and body image. In her spare time, she loves to be outside and enjoys rock climbing, telemark skiing and trail running
Matt Caston, Performance Trainer Matt grew up in the Northwest and attened college at Spokane Falls CC and finished at Vanguard University majoring in Exercise Sports Science. Within the last couple of years Matt has been able to work closely with some special athletes who have made huge improvements. Through functional training methods that target explosiveness, speed, core strength and balance, the athletes have seen great results and enjoyed their workout experience tremendously.
Matt Zacharkow, CSCS, NSCA-CPT Performance Trainer Matt graduated from Rowan University with a BS in Health and Exercise Science and a specialization in Health Promotion and Fitness Management. He was actively involved in Rowan’s National Wellness Institute chapter and Athletic Training Club. Matt Participated in various research projects involving cholesterol, nutrition, cardiovascular exercise and biomechanics. He has both the CSCS and NSCA-CPT certifications through the NSCA and 4 certifications through the American Red Cross. A standout track and soccer athlete in High School receiving All-State Honors in both sports. Matt believes in a holistic approach to training and in order to meet your goals you must work hard, but also work smart and consistently.
Mike Horan ATC, Athletic Trainer Consultant 2007-08 Marks the 11th season for Mike Horan as the Council Rock North High School Head Athletic Trainer and 5th year as Fitlife’s Athletic Training Consultant. Mike is certified by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (1997) as well as by the Pennsylvania Board of Medicine (1997). His experience includes assignments for both collegiate and professional teams before returning to his Alma Mater, Council Rock. Mike began his career in the Baltimore Orioles Organization, then moved on to Villanova for two years, before returning to the Orioles in 1997 and then in 1998 was a member of the medical staff for the US Figure Skating Championships. Mike’s reason for continuing to be athletic trainer at CR North and FitLife is that he loves helping athletes stay “healthy and in the game.”
Chet Snook MEd, Performance Trainer Chet was an educator for 31 years, first 21 as a Health and Physical Education teacher, spending the last ten and a half as an Athletic Director. He coached Soccer for 27 years, and Baseball for 20 for the School District, and coached both in the community as well. Chet holds a Masters’ degree and a superivising certificate for Health & Physical Education and Athletic Management, and since retirement has been NESTA certified for Speed, Agility and Quickness Training. His passion is working with students, and he feels blessed to be able to continue that in his new vocation. Chet is happily married to Ginny for soon to be 35 years, and that relationship is the highlight of his life. Their son Chris is married (to Brianne), and lives in California, and their daughter Corrie will be married as of this May.
Lauri Tyler NCMT, Massage Therapist Lauri is a graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute of Philadelphia and continued her certification by becoming Nationally Certified. Lauri has been working with Fitlife/PEAC performance athletes and clients since 2001. She has helped many recover from injuries, reduce soreness and increase flexibility. She is available at all three of our locations to better serve your needs. She is the proud mother of 2 girls, Alyssa and Sara, who keep her busy when she is not in the treatment room.
