TOTAL TONE
Develop strength, endurance and definition using dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands, and stability balls in this dynamic functional program. Abs, obliques, and lower back will be emphasized during the entire class due to the unique unstable nature of the stability ball. Experience fast results in developing balance, body awareness and strength. Get ready for new and exciting challenges every class

PILATES FUSION
Leaving no muscle untouched, this energizing non-impact workout will create a leaner, stronger you by blending the strength, flexibility and balance of Pilates, Dance and Yoga. This class incorporates the usual focus on CORE strength; however, the positions change…you may be standing, lying down or somewhere in between. Whether you are a novice or experienced exerciser, this class challenges all levels of fitness. Please bring a mat.

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Cardio Kickboxing combines aerobics, boxing techniques and a lot of fun in just one invigorating hour. This intense, fat burning, total body workout will help improve your strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Each class will include strength-training exercises, utilizing weights, resistance bands and stability balls. This program will motivate and empower you to reach your goals; it will reduce stress and tension and make you create positive changes in your life. You will leave feeling energized, powerful, and amazed and what you can do!

HIP HOP / CARDIO DANCE
Get ready for a high energy, total body, and dance party workout that blends traditional basics of hip hop with some boot camp moves. Learn some of the latest dance moves followed by abs and stretching.

Each participant is allotted 1 makeup day to take other classes ( during the 8 week period) in replace of the one you are signed up for – call to check availability for water classes.
